How to Report a Bug

If you encounter any issues or bugs while using EZTrack360, you can report them quickly using the integrated bug reporting feature. Follow the steps below to submit a bug report.

Steps to Report a Bug

  1. Locate the bug reporting link in the platform:

    • While on the dashboard or any other page in EZTrack360, look for the Report Bug link in the left navigation menu.
  2. Click on the Report Bug link. This will open a popup window where you can provide details about the issue.

  3. In the popup, fill out the required fields:

    • Description: Enter a clear and detailed description of the bug. Include specific actions or steps that led to the issue.
    • Steps to Reproduce: Briefly list the steps to reproduce the bug, if applicable.
    • Additional Information: (Optional) Add screenshots or any additional context that might help the support team understand the problem better.
  4. After filling out the details, click the Submit button to send your bug report to the EZTrack360 support team.

Tips for Effective Bug Reporting

  • Ensure your description is as detailed as possible, including the actions you took, what you expected to happen, and what actually occurred.
  • If the issue is visual or specific to a page, attach screenshots or screen recordings.
  • Double-check your internet connection and browser for potential issues that may not be directly related to the platform.

Once submitted, the EZTrack360 support team will review your bug report and take appropriate action. You can track any responses or resolutions via the Support Tickets section in the sidebar under SUPPORT.
