Overview
The EZTrack360 Dashboard provides a centralized view of your key business metrics, including estimates, invoices, customers, events, and tickets. Use this guide to get started quickly and customize the Dashboard to suit your needs.
Step 1: Access the Dashboard
To access the Dashboard, first log in to your EZTrack360 account. In the left sidebar, click Main, then select Dashboard.
Step 2: Explore Dashboard Stats
The Dashboard features several important metrics at a glance:

Total estimates: View the total number of estimates, along with a breakdown of their current status (pending, draft, sent, accepted, rejected).

Total Invoices: Track all invoices, active invoices, and revenue generated (daily, monthly, yearly, and all-time).

Open Tickets: See the number of unresolved support tickets.

Upcoming Events: Monitor scheduled calendar events.
Step 3: Customize the Dashboard Layout
You can personalize your Dashboard by rearranging or collapsing cards.
Rearranging Cards

Hover over a card to reveal the drag handle (a vertical grip icon in the top-left corner).

Click and hold the drag handle, then move the card to your desired location in the column.
Note: The Dashboard has two main columns for cards: left and right. You can freely move cards between these columns.
Collapsing and Expanding Cards

Click the arrow icon in the top-right corner of a card to collapse or expand it.

Your changes will be saved automatically and persist when you return to the Dashboard.
Step 4: Manage Quick Notes
The Dashboard includes a Quick Notes card where you can jot down important reminders or tasks.

Locate the Notes card in your Dashboard view (or move it to a preferred location).

Click inside the text area to start typing your notes.

Your notes are saved automatically after a few seconds.
Step 5: Stay Up to Date
The Dashboard automatically refreshes data (e.g., stats, recent estimates, customers, invoices, and tickets) every 30 seconds. You can always view the most recent updates without needing to refresh the page manually.

Use the customization options to focus on what matters most to your business (e.g., prioritize revenue stats or upcoming events).

Drag and drop cards to experiment with layouts that work best for your workflow.

Take advantage of automatic data syncing to ensure your Dashboard always displays the latest information.

Write down high-priority tasks or ideas in the Notes card for easy access during daily operations.
