Managing Your Subscription

In EZTrack360, you can manage your subscription to ensure your account remains active, access invoices, review available plans, and update your payment details. Everything related to your subscription is available in the Subscriptions page, conveniently located at the bottom of the left-hand sidebar.

Accessing the Subscription Page

  1. Log in to your EZTrack360 account.

  2. Locate the main navigation sidebar on the left side of the screen.

  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the sidebar and click on Subscriptions.

Viewing and Updating Your Plan

The Subscriptions page shows your current plan and allows you to explore available plans if you wish to upgrade or downgrade. To view or update your plan:

  1. On the Subscriptions page, locate the Plans section.

  2. Review the details of your current plan and the available options.

  3. Click Select or Upgrade next to the desired plan, and confirm the change.

Note: Changing your plan may affect your billing amount. Ensure you review the details before confirming.

Viewing and Downloading Invoices

The Subscriptions page also stores your past and current invoices. To view or download your invoices:

  1. On the Subscriptions page, navigate to the Invoices section.

  2. Find the invoice you wish to view in the list displayed. Invoices are organized by date or status (e.g., Paid, Unpaid, Overdue).

  3. Click the Download button next to an invoice to download a PDF copy.

Updating Payment Information

Keep your payments up to date by updating your payment information on the Subscriptions page. To update payment details:

  1. On the Subscriptions page, find the Payment section.

  2. Click the Update Payment Method button.

  3. Enter your new payment details in the form provided, such as credit card or payment account information.

  4. Click Save to confirm your changes.

Tips for Managing Your Subscription

  • Always ensure your payment method is up to date to avoid interruptions to your service.

  • Regularly download and review your invoices for accurate record-keeping.

By managing your subscription from the Subscriptions page, you can keep your CRM account active and access critical billing and plan-related information whenever needed.
