Configuring Settings
To configure your account settings in EZTrack360, click the settings gear icon ⚙️ in the top right. Below, you’ll find brief descriptions of each configurable item available on the settings page:
Company Information
Update your company details such as company name, address, phone number, email, website, logo, timezone, and default sales tax. These details will be used throughout the system for branding and communication purposes.
Appearance
Personalize the application’s look and feel by choosing a color scheme and theme preferences to match your brand style.
Customer Portal Branding
Customize the appearance of the customer portal, including display name and colors, to ensure consistency with your company’s branding.
Notifications
Set up your email preferences to receive notifications about various activities in the system, such as new submissions or customer actions.
Security
Manage your account security by changing your password. Ensure a secure password to protect your account.
Access Control
Define roles and permissions for your team members. Control what actions they can perform based on their roles.
Google Integration
Connect your Google account to integrate Gmail for email communication, Google Calendar for scheduling, and Google Drive for file storage.
QuickBooks Online
Set up a connection with QuickBooks to sync customer and invoice data between EZTrack360 and QuickBooks Online for seamless accounting.
Payment Processing
Enable payment collection by integrating with Stripe. This will allow you to accept online payments from customers.
Demo Data
Generate or clear sample data for testing and exploring the platform’s features without impacting your real data.
Data Export / Import
Backup your data or transfer it to another account by exporting or importing your CRM records.
Reset Account
Clear all data and reset your account to start fresh. Use this option carefully as it will delete all your current data.
reCAPTCHA
Secure your forms by configuring Google reCAPTCHA to protect against spam and automated submissions.
Document Numbering
Customize the numbering format for invoices and estimates to align with your organization’s standards.
Email Templates
Personalize and streamline your communication by customizing email templates that are sent to customers from the platform.
Invoice PDF Templates
Create customized invoice templates to define how your invoice documents look and ensure they align with your brand identity.
Estimate PDF Templates
