Changing Your Password

Keeping your account secure is important. EZTrack360 allows you to easily change your password at any time from the Settings page. Follow the steps below to update your password:

Steps to Change Your Password

  1. Access the Settings Page: Click the settings gear icon ⚙️ located in the top right corner of the page.
  2. Navigate to the Security Section: Scroll down to find the Security section in the Settings menu.
  3. Enter Your Current Password: In the Current Password field, enter your existing password. This is a required step for verification.
  4. Set a New Password:
    • In the New Password field, enter the password you wish to use going forward.
    • Ensure your new password is strong and secure. Use a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
  5. Confirm Your New Password: Enter the same password again in the Confirm Password field to ensure accuracy.
  6. Save Changes: Click the Save button to update your password. If successful, you will receive a confirmation message.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Forgot Your Current Password? If you have forgotten your current password, use the Forgot Password option on the login page to reset it.
  • Ensure Passwords Match: Make sure the New Password and Confirm Password fields contain the exact same value.
  • Check Password Requirements: If your new password does not meet the platform’s security requirements, you will be prompted to try again with a stronger password.
  • Internet Connection: Ensure you have a stable internet connection when attempting to save your password changes.
