Creating Services
Services in EZTrack360 allow you to define the offerings your business provides. These can be used for creating estimates and invoices. Follow the steps below to create and manage services within the platform.
Steps to Create a Service

Click CATALOG in the left sidebar, then select Services / Products.

On the Services / Products page, locate and click the Add New button (usually marked with a
+icon) to create a new service. -
Fill in the details for the service:

Service Name: Enter a clear and descriptive name for the service.

Description: Provide additional details about what the service includes, if needed.

Price: Specify the cost of the service. Ensure you input the correct amount based on your pricing structure.

Taxable: Mark the service as taxable if applicable.

After entering all the necessary information, click the Save button to create the service. The new service will now appear in your list of services.
Tips for Managing Services

Ensure service names are unique and easy to identify for streamlined searching and sorting.

Regularly review your services to ensure pricing and details are up-to-date.

Use clear and concise descriptions to minimize confusion for your team members and customers.
Editing or Deleting Services
If you need to make changes or delete a service:

From the Services / Products page, locate the service in the list.

Click the Edit or Delete button next to the respective service.

If editing, make the necessary modifications and click Save. If deleting, confirm the action when prompted.
Using Created Services
Once created, services can be added to estimates and invoices. This ensures accurate billing and reduces manual entry errors.
