Managing Form Submissions
EZTrack360 allows you to easily create, manage, and organize form submissions. This guide provides step-by-step instructions on managing your forms and submissions.
Accessing the Forms Page
- Click FORMS in the left sidebar, then select Submissions.
- The Forms page will display, showing all existing forms and their basic details, such as name, status, submission count, and creation date.
Creating a New Form
- On the Forms page, click the Create New Form button, located in the top-right section of the page.
- In the dialog box that appears, enter a name for your form in the Form Name input field.
- If you want to use a pre-designed template, select one from the Template dropdown field (optional).
- Click the Create button to finalize the creation of your form.
- Your new form will appear in the list of forms on the Forms page.
Tip: Use templates to quickly build pre-configured forms for common use cases.
Duplicating an Existing Form
- Find the form you want to duplicate in the table on the Forms page.
- Click the Duplicate icon (represented by a copy icon) in the Actions column.
- The duplicate will be created with the same settings and fields as the original form.
- You can edit the duplicate form if needed.
Deleting a Form
- Locate the form you wish to delete in the list on the Forms page.
- Click the Delete icon (represented by a trash can icon) in the Actions column.
- A confirmation dialog will appear. Review the details, then click Delete to confirm.
- The form will be removed from your list and no longer accessible.
Warning: Deleting a form is irreversible. Ensure you have exported any necessary data before proceeding.
Viewing Form Submissions
On the Forms page, the Submissions column displays the total number of submissions received for each form. To view detailed submissions:
- Click on the form name in the list.
- You will navigate to the form’s Submissions page, where detailed user submissions are displayed.
Additional Features
- Status Badges: The table displays a status badge for each form, indicating whether it is published, archived, or in draft form.
- Skeleton Loaders: Placeholder elements ensure the interface remains responsive while content is loading.
