Creating Forms

EZTrack360 allows you to create custom forms for collecting leads or other types of data submissions. Follow the steps below to create a new form:

Steps to Create a New Form

  1. Navigate to the Forms Page

    Click FORMS in the left sidebar, then select Forms.

  2. Open the Form Creation Dialog

    On the Forms page, click the Create New Form button located at the top-right corner of the page. This will open a dialog where you can set up your new form.

  3. Enter Form Details

    In the form creation dialog:

    • Enter a name for your form in the Name field. This is a required field.
    • If you’d like to use a predefined structure, select a template from the Template dropdown. This step is optional.
  4. Create the Form

    Once you have entered the form details, click the Create button to create your form. If there are any issues with your input, a message will appear explaining what needs to be corrected.

  5. Customize Your Form (Optional)

    After creating your form, you will be directed to the form builder. Here, you can:

    • Add fields to your form using the drag-and-drop interface.
    • Configure advanced field settings, such as validation rules and default values.
    • Customize the appearance of your form.
  6. Save and Publish

    After finishing your customizations, click the Save button to save your form. You can also publish your form to make it live for data collection.

Additional Tips

  • To create a form quickly, select a template that matches your requirements. This will automatically add predefined fields and settings.
  • If no forms exist yet, you’ll see a message prompting you to create your first form. Click the Create Form button to get started.
  • You can duplicate an existing form by selecting it from the list and clicking the duplicate option in the actions menu.

Managing Forms

On the Forms page, you can view and manage all your forms:

  • View form details, such as name, status (Draft, Published, or Archived), and the number of submissions.
  • Edit a form by clicking its name in the list.
  • Delete forms that are no longer needed by selecting the delete option from the actions menu.
