Setting Up QuickBooks Online Sync

Connecting your EZTrack360 account with QuickBooks Online allows you to streamline your accounting processes, ensuring that sales data, invoices, and customer records are seamlessly synchronized. Follow the steps below to set up the integration.

Step-by-Step Setup Instructions

1. Click the settings gear icon ⚙️ in the top right corner of the page to access the settings menu.

2. Scroll to the QuickBooks Online section and click on it to open the QuickBooks integration setup page.

3. Click the Connect to QuickBooks button. This will redirect you to the QuickBooks Online authorization page.

4. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account using your QuickBooks credentials. If you do not already have an account, you will need to create one on the QuickBooks website.

5. Review the permissions requested by EZTrack360 to access your QuickBooks account. Click Authorize to complete the connection.

6. Once authorized, you will be redirected back to EZTrack360, where you will see a confirmation that the integration is active. Additionally, you may see a status badge indicating a successful connection.

Optional Settings

• Within the QuickBooks Online section in settings, you can configure advanced options, such as syncing specific types of invoices, estimates, or customer records.

• If required, set synchronization preferences, such as enabling auto-sync for real-time data updates or manual sync for scheduled uploads.

Troubleshooting Tips

• If you encounter any issues during the setup process, ensure that you have an active QuickBooks Online account and sufficient permissions to allow third-party access.

• Verify that your browser’s pop-up blocker is disabled, as it may prevent the QuickBooks authorization page from opening.

• For further assistance, contact your system administrator or submit a support ticket by navigating to SUPPORT in the left sidebar and selecting Support Tickets.

Disabling QuickBooks Online Sync

1. To disconnect QuickBooks Online from EZTrack360, return to the QuickBooks Online section in the settings menu.

2. Click the Disconnect button to unlink your QuickBooks account. This will stop all synchronization between the two platforms.
