Keeping your company information up-to-date in EZTrack360 ensures accurate communication with customers and improves system consistency. You can update details such as your company name, logo, address, contact information, and default settings.

Steps to Update Company Information

  1. Log in to your EZTrack360 account.

  2. Click the settings gear icon ⚙️ in the top right corner of the page.

  3. Scroll to and select the Company Information section.

  4. On the Company Information page, you can edit the following fields:

    • Company Name: Enter or update the name of your company.
    • Logo: Upload a new logo for your company by clicking the upload button next to the current logo placeholder.
    • Address: Update your company’s address, including street address, city, state, and postal code.
    • Phone: Add or modify your company’s phone number.
    • Email: Specify your company’s primary email address.
    • Website: Provide the URL to your company’s website.
    • Timezone: Select your company’s timezone from the dropdown menu.
    • Default Sales Tax: Set the default sales tax percentage for transactions.
  5. Once all required changes are made, click the Save button at the bottom of the page to apply the updates.

Tips

  • Ensure the logo file you upload meets the required dimensions and is in a supported format (e.g., PNG or JPG).

  • Verify your email and phone number are correct to ensure customers can contact you without issues.

  • If your business operates across multiple time zones, choose the one most relevant to your primary location.

  • After making changes, confirm your updates by reviewing the changes in the Customer Portal.

Troubleshooting

  • If the Save button is not enabled, ensure all required fields are filled in correctly.

  • For any errors related to uploading your logo, check the file size and type before retrying.

  • Contact EZTrack360 Support if issues persist when updating your company information.
