Setting Up Company Branding

In EZTrack360, you can customize your company’s branding to ensure your portal reflects your unique brand identity. The branding options include updating the portal display name, selecting colors, and other preferences.

How to Access Company Branding Settings

  1. Click the settings gear icon ⚙️ in the top right corner of the dashboard.
  2. Scroll to the Customer Portal Branding section.

Customizing Branding Settings

After accessing the Customer Portal Branding section, follow these steps to configure your branding:

  1. Update the Portal Display Name:

    • In the Portal Display Name field, enter the name you want your customers to see when accessing your portal.
  2. Customize Portal Colors:

    • Select your preferred Primary Color and Secondary Color using the color pickers provided.
    • Preview the changes in real-time to ensure the selected colors align with your brand.

Saving Changes

Once you have made all desired changes:

  1. Click the Save button to apply your branding updates.
  2. Your updated branding will immediately be reflected on the customer portal.

Tips for Effective Branding

  • Choose colors that match your logo and overall brand identity for a professional appearance.
  • Test the visibility of texts and elements on the portal to ensure readability against selected background and color accents.
